Diana Arniella

is a dedicated fitness and nutrition coach, with a journey in health and wellness that began in 2007. Since starting her coaching career in 2014, Diana has been driven by a profound passion for enhancing the health of others.

With over eight years of experience coaching CrossFit in a group setting, Diana transitioned in 2017 to crafting individualized programs for both competitive CrossFit athletes and a diverse range of non-competitive clients—from beginners to those in rehabilitation. Her coaching philosophy integrates scientifically validated methods with over a decade of hands-on experience to ensure every client achieves substantial progress toward their personal goals.

Diana is highly qualified, holding an OPEX CCP certification, a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach certification, and a Level 3 CrossFit Coach credential. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge is evident in her completion of advanced courses such as OPEX Mixed Modal, The Gymnastics Course, Burgener Strength, and Power Monkey (online). As a former volleyball player who competed in CrossFit and powerlifting from 2014 to 2017, Diana brings a competitive edge to her coaching.

When not actively coaching, Diana remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge in health and fitness, often found absorbing new information at her favorite coffee shop or relaxing at the beach.
