What’s Included?

Intake Form and Food Log Analysis -  First, we need to get to know you. Health history, food aversions, what has been successful in the past, where have you failed, what are you currently doing, and where do you want to go are some of the things we need to understand prior to working on a nutrition plan.

Nutrition Recommendations - Caloric intake is very important, but food quality and timing also play a huge role. We’ll guide you through the process.

Lifestyle Recommendations - We were built to be awake with the sun, asleep with the moon. Staying true to this rhythm and practicing healthy habits is key to health and fitness.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Check-ins:

- 30min - 60min call or in person meeting every week for the first 4 weeks
- 30min - 60min call or in person meeting every 2 weeks for the following 8 weeks

Monthly In-Body Scan - (In house at OPEX San Juan) To monitor progress with actual measurements.
